Admissions Policy

Holy Trinity Orthodox School is owned and operated by Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church. Applicants are admitted on the basis of results determined by the required interview process and testing procedures conducted by the faculty and administration of the school. The final decision regarding the acceptance of an applicant is made by the Principal and the School Advisory Board, based on the information gathered.

Holy Trinity School does not serve students with serious academic problems, discipline problems or remedial needs. At this time we do not have programs for English Language Learners, Special Education or other special needs. All accepted applicants must be able to handle the curriculum.

Application Process

The following steps are required to apply for enrollment for the 2007-2008 school year at Holy Trinity School:

1. Please fill out the Application Form (see below).
2. Please call the Holy Trinity School office at 415-584-8451 to make an appointment for an intake interview with our School Administrator. Please bring your application form with you to this appointment.
3. An administrator will call you to make an appointment for you to bring your child to the school to be tested. Please bring your child's most recent report card or evaluation from the present school and the $25 testing fee to this appointment.
4. While your child is being tested, please come to the school office. During this time, you will complete the application process.
5. You will receive a call from the school administration within 1-3 days of the testing appointment.
6. If your child is accepted to Holy Trinity School and you wish to enroll, please call the school office to make an appointment to complete the enrollment and registration procedures.

We encourage parents of prospective students to visit the school during the application process. Please call for an appointment.
